The Gargoyle is an enemy that appears in Chapters 10 and 11 of Dirge of Cerberus -Final Fantasy VII-.
This enemy's erratic movements make it difficult to target. Its Supersonic attack is hard for foes to detect and dodge.

When fighting a Gargoyle, Vincent should aim for its weak point: its head.
Other appearances Edit
The Gargoyle appears in the Final Fantasy Trading Card Game as a wind-attributed card.
Gargoyles were initially ordinary stone statues built on rooftops to let rainwater above flow down to the ground through certain paths. The statues were usually carved as monsters and strange creatures, which later spawned the belief that gargoyles are the guardians of the buildings they live in.
