Wind damage to one enemy

Gale (ふうじん, Fuujin?, lit. Swift Wind), also known as Wind Slash, is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series. It usually inflicts Wind-elemental damage to enemies, and is often a type of Ninjutsu.

Appearances Edit

Final Fantasy IV Edit

Gale is a Ninjutsu usable by Edge exclusive to the DS release of the game. It deals Wind-elemental damage. Edge learns Gale at Level 50, and it costs 20 MP to cast.

Final Fantasy IV: The After Years Edit

Gale is a Ninjutsu spell initially known by Edge and Tsukinowa. It deals non-elemental damage and costs 7 MP to cast.

Final Fantasy XII Edit

Gale is an enemy ability that deals Wind-elemental damage. It is usable by the Bellwyvern, Dheed, and Dreadguard.

Final Fantasy Dimensions Edit

Deals wind damage to all enemies.
