Etymology
Judecca is the name of the fourth round of the Ninth Circle of Hell in Dante's Inferno. It is where traitors to their lords and benefactors are punished. This, and other enemies that are named from the Ninth Circle, are references to Genesis' betrayals. He betrays his benefactors by revolting against Shinra and taking 2nd and 3rd Class SOLDIER members with him.
