Futae is a level 77 Ninja job ability in Final Fantasy XI. It was added in June 2010 when the level limit for characters was increased to 80, and extensive testing has not yet been conducted.

• Grants a bonus to the next elemental ninjutsu cast by expending two ninja tools.
• Obtained: NIN Level 77
• Recast Time: 3 Minutes
• Duration: 1 Minute or until an elemental ninjutsu spell is cast.
• Increases damage inflicted by 50% for the following spells:
  • Katon: Ichi, Katon: Ni, Katon: San
  • Hyoton: Ichi, Hyoton: Ni, Hyoton: San
  • Huton: Ichi, Huton: Ni, Huton: San
  • Doton: Ichi, Doton: Ni, Doton: San
  • Raiton: Ichi, Raiton: Ni, Raiton: San
  • Suiton: Ichi, Suiton: Ni, Suiton: San

Futae is Japanese for "twofold" or "double", referring to the doubling of the Ninja Tool cost when Futae is in effect.
