The years of the world of Drakin are split into twelve months, like our own. The months are are: Natriumerst, Kaliumens, Rubididrit, Ferrumerst, Cuprumens, Wolfradrit, Aurumerst, Artgentumens, Platinadrit, Stannumerst, Stibiumens, and Plumbudrit.
History[]
1000 Years Before[]
- The two empires of Zanarkand and Archadia found the crystals of Light and Darkness. They each took one and use them for the good of the people. However they both were corrupted by crystal power and the start a war for the other crystal.

- Cyrus Bloodfang left Melony Alexander to continue fighting in the war.
- Cynthia Alexander is born.
- Cyrus Bloodfang dies in battle. Because of his death Kaiser Bloodfang left military sevice.
- Kaiser Bloodfang told Melony about his brother's death and tried to take Cynthia away, but Melony refused to give her up.
- Brad Ruby is born.
- Seto joins the Dragoons.
17 Years Before[]
- Traeh Eulb is born.
- Archadia and Zanarkand make Besaid their battlefield, killing many settling Drakenaer.
- Ava Lightsun dies from the attack, and Taarin escapes with Jendor's help.
16 Years Before[]
- Yala Anglo is born.
14 Years Before[]
- Amos Orcus is killed.
- Matax Orcus becomes King of Archadia
13 Years Before[]
- Inuart Troyal and Furiae Renard are married.
10 Years Before[]
- Melody Bloodfang is born.
- Max joins the Zanarkand army.
8 Years Before[]
- Nowe and Eris Troyal were born.
- The Destruction of Mysidia
- Andrew Clayborne was ordered talk to the elder about Matax's offer, but he refuses. So he did his second order and destroys Mysidia and brings back a survivor.
- Melony Alexander dies from mental exhaustion after over using Bahamut trying to protect Cynthia. She gives Cynthia her Aura stone and because of her fear she accidentally summons Bahamut.
- Kaiser Bloodfang returns to Mysidia to try and take Cynthia again.
- Andrew tried to capture Cynthia; however Kaiser steps in and stops him.
- Kaiser started training Cynthia.
- John Martin becomes a mercenary.
- Eva Alexander leaves Zanarkand and joins Archadia.
6 Years Before[]
- Ivy Ixia leaves home and settles in Balfonheim.
4 Years Before[]
- Jendor and Gitane are married.
3 Years Before[]
- Suicide mission at Kerhol
- Max deserts the army
- Alice Martinez promoted to Sergeant.
2 Years before[]
- Leon failed his mission to capture a shard of Zanarkand's crystal. He spent the next two years in solitude as a hermit in Fanghorn.
1 Year Ago[]
- Seraph mysteriously disappears from the Zanarkand army.
Few Months Before[]
- Kaiser sends Cynthia off after eight years of training.
- Following an ambush, Taarin's friend, Jendor Blackhart, leaves Kilika Beach to search for Seraph for unexplained reasons.
Current Events[]
Chapter 1[]
- Furiae found Cynthia who was sick and almost dead.

I'm don't know what year we should use, I was thinking like late 1800's. Anyway in history, I only add the the main character's year they born and Cynthia's Prologue. If anyone want to add the year the NPC and antagonist's were they born, go ahead. NeoZEROX 04:22, 26 July 2009 (UTC)
- Are you talking about 1800's tech wise or year wise. Tech wise, I think mid-late 1800's or early 1900's. Year wise, I say we start the calender 1000 years ago, sort of like the discovery of the crystals was so momentous that it change the couse of history, so much so that it receives its own era. Maybe title the years based on Latin in regards to the crystals.--Werefang 14:10, 26 July 2009 (UTC)
- I was thinking year wise, because of no guns it does make sense it in 1900's or 2000's. And yes the history start back 1000 years ago when the war first started. But I'm talking about the year the actual fanfic started. NeoZEROX

- Yes, but remember that this is not the real world and may not use the same calender. Even in our world, we use a calender based on one of the most momentous events in recorded history. Also, I find it hard to believe that less than a year passed between the discovery of the crystal and the start of the war. I say there should have been 3 or 4 generations at least in the time of peace. So maybe 1302, in the years of the crystals.--Werefang 17:10, 26 July 2009 (UTC)
