		Can someone give me some hints on how to beat 2nd boss in the tower (he keeps using that time magic do-over everytime I attack him)

		The tower where you go to get flare and holy from.

Oh, fork tower! You have to beat him with magic attacks only. Any physical attack causes him to restart the battle.

		FUCKING EDIT CONFLICT: You don't attack him. You're on the Magic Side of the Phoenix Tower, thus you have to use spells. Reflecting "Firaga" after using Carbuncle works well. If the battle doesn't go your way, just physically attack him to restart.

		I can't find carbuncle where do you get him?

He was in Ex-Death's castle in the second world ... So basically you can't get him anymore...

		I did learn Aeroga as a blue mage awhile back, would that work?

If you don't have carbuncle you could always use the regualr reflect spell.
