The Flowering Cactuar is an enemy in Final Fantasy XIII-2. As soon as the battle begins, the cactuar will begin slinging elemental spells at the party. When captured, its name automatically changes to Cactrot.

Paradigm PackEdit

The Flowering Cactuar is a Medic. Like other Cactuar medics, it has a ridiculously high strength compared to the magic stat, and the two can only be leveled out with Mana materials. It is a very good medic early-mid game, but because of its low HP stat it could quickly fall out of favor late-game. It must also learn Esuna via infusion. However, it does possess a quick casting animation, paired with Improved Cure II, and its Feral Link may inflict Curse on targets which is a debilitation neither Serah nor Noel can possess.
