Candidates[]
Final Fantasy II (1 Vote)[]
- What's to love about a game where you have to attack your freaking self to gain levels? BOO. Chocotard 06:31, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
Final Fantasy X-2 (9 Votes)[]
- Why vote for Pop star Yuna or YuRiPa when you can vote for it all. Everything about this game sucked, I steered clear the second I heard there was a pop song in this game. Its a disgrace to the whole series, J Pop should never have come to Final Fantasy ever. Plus Tidus coming back from the dead thanks to some bullshit Dues Ex Machina is the lamest thing ever. (BlueHighwind 15:08, 2 September 2007 (UTC))
- Much as I dislike Blue's attitude in general, this is one subject on which I'm willing to accept our differences and move on. Worst game in FF history. Period. And for the record, S.Laguna, I loved Mystic Quest. (Gold 11:11, 6 September 2007 (UTC))
- *shudder* Do not want. King Jiggles 20:20, 10 September 2007 (UTC)
- Fighting crime, trying to save the world, here they go, POWERPUFF GIRLS...* Er, wait, that's only Yuna and her gang. This was a tough call to make, because Popstar Yuna and the collective three-headed abomination known as YuRiPa rightly deserve every gamer's ire. But, in the end, I decided to cast my vote for the game itself, because the game *includes* both Pop-star Yuna and YuRiPa. The only thing that could have saved this game would have been if Pop-Star Yuna had a nervous breakdown after losing her beloved Tidus and decided to shave her head bald. But alas, things like that only happen in the real world. Since YuRiPa and Pop-star Yuna were only two factors in the general "lameness" of this game, I vote for the game as a whole. The whole, after all, is always lamer than the sum of its parts. And that's A Tasty Roll's final word. A Tasty ROLL
- Can't say we have a lot of options in this poll, so here goes: FF2? A good attempt at trying to do something different, it's a pity they didn't evolve this way. FFMQ? No comments. But the sheer amount of Other Choices convinces me here - let's just pick them all in one fell swoop. (It's just some PS2 game and a spinoff to boot. How wrong can it go, sayeth this Nintendo Guy? =) --wwwwolf (barks/growls) 21:28, 10 October 2007 (UTC)
- A really great concept (what does a hero do after the world is saved, how does the world rebuild after so many years ravaged by evil and a hypocritical government) was totally, totally trashed. This game could have been so good, but Square had to f' it up in favor of fanservice. Morons. Eowynjedi 04:31, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
- I weep for the commercialization of Final Fantasy. This game tried abysmally to appeal to every single focus group simultaneously, without actually incorporating any substance. This game was made with the same idea in mind as when they made the Compilation of FFVII: How can we wring the most money possible out of dedicated fans of a wonderful classic?Masamune22
- If i could ever recover the 50 euros (a litle less) i spent in that my life would be completed... User: TugaKnightTugaKnight 18:17, 16 November 2007 (UTC)
- Truly the worst FF game, ever. --Ozymandias1 20:58, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
Final Fantasy Mystic Quest (11 Votes)[]
- Think FFX-2 is the worst FF ever? .......Think again..... --ShadowLaguna 13:27, 1 September 2007 (DMT+12)
- Worse than FFX-2 and that's saying A LOT! --Lynorran
- The worst on this list by leaps and bounds.SithPower 14:23, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
- Never played the original, but I did emulate it once. Never even bothered to finish it. At least FFX-2 had much stuff to do and a decent storyline if you're willing to overlook all the campiness and especially the Charlie's Angels feel it had (that last one was just plain EVIL) --Mangartist
- I got a ROM of this once. Deleted it quite quickly. -_- Jack 17:20, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
- X-2 always gets the short end of the stick. It wasn't THAT bad considering, and compared to this? FFMQ was MUCH worse. BTW, hating X-2 because you're a misogynist (even subconsciously) isn't a good reason. Axem Titanium 01:26, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
- Ah yes. Final Fantasy's oft ridiculed little black sheep. This was a difficult choice, considering I absolutely DESPISED X-2's horrible storyline, but I loved the battle system. Hell, at least X-2 had a good battle system, and I don't care what people say, no matter how bad X-2's storyline was, it'll never be as generic and pointless as the one presented in Mystic Quest. Kageryushin 22:38, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
- I never played this one. I think it's too hard to find that makes it lame.}} FFYaoi 20:41, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
- What can I say? Campiness of Pop Star!Yuna and YuRiPa was annoying, but I still very much adored X-2, and I see the merit of II in its attempts at realism. MQ though? I found little enjoyment in it, and it just did nothing for me. And it had the easiest Final Boss I've come across without over-leveling. It's got my vote. Jayce 05:12, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
- MQ is the least fun thing on this list. And I can't vote for FFX. Xmd5a 22:28, 17 December 2007 (UTC)
- At least X-2 had a good battle system Renmiri 22:22, 26 December 2007 (UTC)
Pop Star Yuna (5 votes)[]
- Of all the bad things about FFX-2, this is probably the worst. --Crazyswordsman 21:19, 30 August 2007 (UTC)
- I can't think of anything non-lame about Yuna in FFX-2. --Dave The Rave (DTR) 21:30, 30 August 2007 (UTC)
- Wow, difficult choice - 2 games I haven't played vs 3 choices for a single game! On close inspection I must vote for the Yuna-specific nomination: although I did and still do enjoy X-2, Yuna is changed far too much for my liking. SmegHead 02:42, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
- The entire game was lame. 100% completion to see reunite Tidus with Yuna - lame. Popstar Yuna - lame. Dreadlock Rikku - lame. Paine - lame. Opening movie - lame. Leblanc and her troupe - lame. Charlie's Angel ripoff - lame. But Popstar Yuna possessed by Lenne singing to appease the warring people of Spira - double lame (if this had worked we would never have WWI nor II). Japanese fantasy gone really, really bad. Blue。 06:45, 1 September 2007 (UTC)
- This is just so wrong on so many levels... nothing more needs to be said. Silver Dragoon 22:22, 3 October 2007 (UTC)
YuRiPa (5 votes)[]
- I voted for Pop Star Yuna last time, but when I think about it, they were all pretty lame. God, this game sucks. --Mymindislost 22:28, 30 August 2007 (UTC)
- This was hard. Now, I hate Yuna period, so of course thats a strike againest this guys. I hate (though my body loves) what they did to Riku. But I like Paine. However, I can not vote for the others because I've only seen movies of X2, and never played the others. Thus, the buterching of a character and a person I just really don't like outway the awesomeness of what could be considered the cloosest will get to Fem-eroth. --LaZodiac
- This is the single biggest thing that killed a game that could otherwise have been great. Yes, there were other things, but this is the biggest one. Linhasxoc
- why vote for one when i can vote for em all? simple and clean, this trio sucked like hell. There the only FF charactors that wern't improved in KH or KH2, in my honest oppinoin. Shadowroxas
- I was torn between this, and Pop Star Yuna, however, after thinking about it, "YRP!" was tons worse than Pop Star Yuna because they just kept freakin shouting it! I didn't vote for X-2 because the dressphere system was only bad because of the all-female cast that made use of it. Dudutsai
