Its body is highly muscled, requiring massive amounts of energy to sustain movement, as the reaver's voracious appetite for the flesh of other creatures well attests. The horns atop its head are of incredible hardness, able to notch even adamantite. Battle[]

The High Reaver has a range of strong physical attacks, of which Sandstorm and Tail Swipe can hit multiple characters. It can also buff itself with Haste.

Strategy[]

One way to defeat a High Reaver without taking damage is to inflict Sleep and then attack with magick.

This enemy is weak to earth, but the player has few ways to inflict earth damage (possible options are any bow with Artemis Arrows or any gun with Mud Shot). Alternatively, one can inflict Oil and then attack with fire-elemental damage.

Lacking the Safety augment, High Reavers can be instantly killed by various methods.
