The Great Malboro, also known as the G.Molbor, or KingMulb, is an enemy from Final Fantasy II. They are orange color swaps of the other Malboro enemies.

Great Malboro's attacks can inflict a plethora of status effects, including Paralysis, Venom, Silence, Sleep, Confuse, and Mini. Things can go downhill quickly when two or more characters are immobilized by these ailments, and Great Malboros can often come in groups of four.
Etymology[]
The name may be a reference to Marlboro Cigarettes, since the creatures often spew horrid fumes from their mouths.
