Orobon (オロボン, Orobon?) is a recurring enemy in the Final Fantasy series. It is an aquatic monster, appearing as either a Sahagin or an anglerfish.

Final Fantasy XIII[]

Orobon appears in the Archylte Steppe, the Sulyya Springs, and Eden. It uses Water to slow and daze party members. When weakened, it will use Power Spritz to give itself Haste, Shell, Veil, and Vigilance.
Final Fantasy XIV[]
The common Orobon is a low-level enemy encountered in the Footfalls region of Western Thanalan, and throughout Central Thanalan. A variety of other orobons can be found through Thanalan and the Black Shroud.
Final Fantasy Dimensions[]

Orobon appears in the Challenge Dungeons in the original version of the game. They are dummied content in the enhanced smartphone port since these dungeons do not appear in that version.
