An old mage who raised the orphan Relm as though she were his own granddaughter. After encountering Terra and Locke, Strago learns of the dire threat to the world and throws himself into the fight to save it. Though age has left his body frail, the magic he wields is as potent as ever.

Strago is a playable character in Final Fantasy Record Keeper. He could be recruited the Challenge Event Back to the Skies as the First Time Reward for completing the event's stage Phantom Train in Part 1.

Strago can use Black Magic spells up to rarity rank 4, White Magic spells up to rarity rank 3, and Summoning spells up to rarity rank 3.
His default Soul Break is Doom which at the expense of one Soul Gauge segment afflicts one target with Doom.
Equipment[]
Strago can equip the following weapon types: daggers, rods, and staves. The rod Whale Whisker (VI) unlocks Mighty Guard.
He can equip the following armor types: shields, hats, light armor, robes, and bracers. The light armor Nutkin Suit (VI) allows Strago to use Aqua Breath.
He can equip accessories.
