The Ice Bomb is an enemy from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time. It is the first Bomb enemy fought (even before the regular Bomb enemy), and is rather dangerous if the player does not take heed.
The Japanese guide refers to the version of the enemy fought on the Ice Mountain revisit as Mother Bomb (マザーボム, Mazā Bomu?).

Ice Bomb casts Blizzard, either normally, if picked up by the player, or if stood on by the player. It attacks with a normal headbutt or with its Freeze Breath, which will inflict Freeze on the player, leaving them helpless to all attacks. Once its HP is reduced to 50% or less, it will start counting down to a Self-Destruct, and upon using the move, will inflict massive damage to all characters in the radius as well as the Freeze status, leaving any character not killed outright by the blast vulnerable to being attacked and possibly killed by other enemies.

It is recommended to approach Ice Bombs with caution, either by attacking a couple times after it has already attacked, or by casting Fire spells at it, of which it is weak to.
