"Final Battle" (決戦, Kessen?, lit. Decisive Battle) is the final boss theme that plays during the final battle against Yu Yevon in Final Fantasy X. It was composed and arranged by Masashi Hamauzu.

Final Fantasy X[]

"Final Battle" plays during the battle against Yu Yevon. It is the 18th track on disc 4 of the original soundtrack. The song is a 3-part variation and the third part (2:20-2:40) is infused with the melody of "Hymn of the Fayth".

The Final Fantasy X HD Remaster arrangement uses real instruments and the piano is replaced with the xylophone, rearranged by Masashi Hamauzu. It is track 88 on the Final Fantasy X HD Remaster Original Soundtrack.

Final Fantasy XV[]

"Final Battle" is included in the music player as the ninth track of Memories of FFX album bought from the Wiz Chocobo Post for 100 gil.

Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy[]

"Final Battle" appears as one of the downloadable tracks available in the Final Fantasy X music pack, allowing it to be usable as battle background music.

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT[]

A new arrangement of the theme can be bought from the in-game shop for 3,600 gil. It was arranged by Tsuyoshi Sekito.

"Final Battle (Arrangement)" is track 14 of disc 1 on the Dissidia Final Fantasy -Arcade- Original Soundtrack Vol. 2 and track 33 on the Dissidia Final Fantasy NT Original Soundtrack.

Piano Collections: Final Fantasy X[]

The Piano Collections version is mostly faithful to the OST version. It was arranged by Masashi Hamauzu and performed by Aki Kuroda.

There is a second version found in the Piano Collections Book under "Special Presents", and has an added staccato section.

Final Fantasy X Vocal Collection[]

The beginning of track 12 "Spiral" contains a short and simplified piano solo and then enters an irrelevant electronic-rock fusion.

A New World: intimate music from Final Fantasy - Volume II[]

A recording of "Final Battle" was performed by piano soloist Benyamin Nuss. It is the 9th track on the album.
