Crescent Unit Celsus is an enemy from Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-, a member of the Crescent Unit.
Costly Punch or Tri-Thundaga work the best as he has high Strength and powerful attacks. If left alone for too long, he can grant himself Null Magic via Magic Defense, making magic attacks briefly useless.
