Aspis, also known as Auspices, is an enemy in Final Fantasy V. Found in the Pyramid of Moore, it is not a random encounter, but a booby trap enemy released when players linger in an area for too long. Aspis can Entangle a party member to paralyze them, and also cast Osmose. Being undead, curative abilities are effective at damaging it. An efficient strategy is to equip the Icebrand to deal enough damage to defeat it in one hit.
