The Falcon is an airship in the game Final Fantasy IV. It is a Red Wing airship that was abandoned and placed in the Tower of Babil. Cecil, Rydia, Rosa, Kain, and Edge find it, and Edge christens it the Falcon. He then steals it, much to Rydia's complaining. The ship is much faster than the Enterprise. However, the ship cannot fly over the lava due to its lack of Mythril plating. When Cecil's party needs to travel to the Sealed Cave, they discover they must fly over the lava. They discover Cid injured in the infirmary at the Dwarven Castle, and he volunteers to add the Mythril. He forces Edge and the nurses to help him.
After Cecil's failure at the Sealed Cave, Cid attaches a drill to the Falcon so it can return to the Overworld through the closed hole.
