Distract (まどろみの術, Madoromi no Jutsu^?) is an ability exclusive to Final Fantasy IX, and can only be learned by Zidane, Steiner, and Freya. Zidane and Steiner both learn it for 30 AP, while Freya learns it for 25 AP. Zidane can learn it through the Judo Uniform, while Steiner and Freya through Shield Armor, and all three through Reflect Ring and Diamond. It lowers the enemy's physical attack accuracy on the character that has it equipped.
