Dies Irae may refer to:
- The enemy ability from Final Fantasy X-2.
- The weapon in Final Fantasy XI.
- The enemy ability from Final Fantasy XIII.
- Part of lyrics of Ragnarok's theme from Final Fantasy XIII, also used in "Fighting Fate".
Dies Irae is Latin for "Day of Wrath". Dies Irae is also a Latin hymn written possibly by Thomas of Celano in thirteenth century: it describes the day of judgment.
The ability refers to events from games they are featured, and it could be referring: either to destruction of Spira which from Shuyin's view will erase all evil from the world; or of Cocoon which would summon Maker and allow to create a new world.
