Devotion (デヴォーション, Devōshon?) is a White Mage Merit ability in Final Fantasy XI. Thus, only level 75 players may gain this ability. When used, the player will sacrifice 25% of their HP to grant all other another players in the party the same amount of MP. The ability may be used every 20 minutes, with additional Merit upgrades decreasing the recast time.
