Death Dealer is an enemy from Final Fantasy VII. It will fling cards at the party, which do various elemental damage depending on the suit of card. The cards can either hurt or heal you. It can also use Roulette, which instantly kills a random target. Since it is always random, it will take a while to get Roulette.
