Death Claw is an enemy from Final Fantasy VII. It can be difficult to defeat as it casts Barrier and MBarrier on itself, and its Death Claw attack can cause Paralyze. It also uses the powerful Laser attack, an Enemy Skill which cuts a single party member's HP by half. This is only used when Death Claw has either Barrier or MBarrier, and even then there is only a one-in-four chance that it will use it. It may be easier to learn Laser by manipulating the Death Claw.
