Darryl is a minor non-playable character from the original Final Fantasy. She is a former mermaid who grows legs and moves up onto the shore. Although she doesn't say her name when spoken to, the other mermaids at the Sunken Shrine talk about her as the mermaid who grew legs. She is only named in the North American version on the NES.
