Dark Nation is a boss in Final Fantasy VII. Cloud must fight alone against it and its master, Rufus Shinra, on the roof of the Shinra Building.
[edit] Strategy
Dark Nation is a simple boss. Have Cloud use Bolt to rapidly kill it before attacking Rufus. If you do not defeat Dark Nation first, it will cast Barrier and MBarrier to protect Rufus. Do not let your HP drop below 200 and you will kill the over-glorified Guard Hound in no time.
