Crystal Rod

From Final Fantasy Wiki

The Crystal Rod is a key item in Final Fantasy II. It is obtained in the Cave of Mysidia and is required to open the Mysidian Tower which houses the Ultima spell. Approaching the island where the Mysidian Tower is located with the possession of one summons its guardian, the Leviathan.
