It can be obtained by Scholars at level 26 an bought from the merchant Layton in The Eldieme Necropolis at the Shadowreign era, costing a total amount of 7,986 gil.

Cryo- comes from Ancient Greek κρύος (krúos) meaning "icy cold, chill, frost".
