Critical: Haste, also known as SOS Haste and Last Haste, is a recurring support ability in the series. It generally grants the user the Haste status as long as they are in Critical HP status or below a certain threshold of their Max HP.

X SOS Haste is an ability that can be found on dropped armor or customized onto an armor by using 20x Chocobo Feathers, which adds 20,000 gil to an armor's sell value.

Final Fantasy X-2Edit

X-2 SOS Haste is an ability that is accessible either through the Festivalist Dressphere for Paine, by equipping a Haste Bangle, or by passing through all gates on the Highroad Winds Garment Grid. It keeps the Haste status on the user as long as their HP is below 33% of their Max HP.

Final Fantasy XIIIEdit

XIII Critical: Haste is a passive accessory ability that automatically casts the Haste status onto a party member whose HP drops below 25%. The status remains on the user as long as they remain below 25% HP. Critical: Haste is only found on the Hermes Sandals accessory.

Critical: Haste is found on the Hermes Sandals accessory, and some recruitable monsters can learn it as a passive ability, including the Moblin and Blue Chocobo.

Final Fantasy Tactics AdvanceEdit

TA Last Haste is an ability exclusive to the Beastmaster, Mog Knight, and Ninja classes, learned for 300 AP. Beastmasters and Ninjas learn it from the Ninja Gear, while Mog Knights learn it from the Gold Armor.

Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the RiftEdit

TA2 Critical: Haste is an ability exclusive to Hume Ninjas, Moogle Moogle Knights, and nu mou Beastmasters. Ninjas learn it from the Ninja Gear for 300 AP while Beastmasters require 250 AP from the armor, and Moogle Knights learn it for 300 AP from the Gold Armor.
