The Config menu is a sub-menu, present in most games, in which configurations of the game such as the text speed or the cursor position can be changed. Some of the options that can be chosen include changing the window color, battle type and speed (Wait of Active), controls, and others. Utilizing this sub-menu helps to customize to the player's needs in-game.
