Battle
It is the only enemy in the Phantom Train that is not undead. It can cast Drain, but its HP is low enough that it can be killed in one hit, and thus, Drain will do nothing. Sabin's Aura Cannon is very effective, as the Cloud is weak to Holy-elemental attacks.
