Choco Billy (グリングリン, Gurin Gurin^?, lit. "Green Green") is the grandson of Choco Bill and brother of Chole in Final Fantasy VII. Choco Billy lives at the Chocobo Farm with his family. Choco Billy runs the Vegetable Store, which sells greens and nuts to feed and breed chocobos. He is the one who sells the Chocobo Lure Materia for 2,000 gil. He also explains the basics of chocobo use to Cloud Strife and his party.

After the party gets the Highwind in disc 2, Choco Billy explains how chocobos can be kept at the stables in the Chocobo Farm, and how to breed them. He gives the advice that S-Class chocobos are the best to breed with.
