Chicken

Chicken is a status effect in Final Fantasy Tactics. It happens when a character's Brave is below 10. The character literally turns into a chicken, and runs away from all units, each turn restores its Brave stat by 1. The status is removed when the Brave stat is above 10. Two ways for this status to occur is with the Orator's Intimidate, which lowers a unit's Brave by 20, and Beowulf's Spellblade ability Chicken, which lowers a unit's Brave stat by 50. It can also be achieved using the Mystic's ability, Trepidation.
