Battle
As its stagger threshold is only 120%, the point that preemptive strikes drive the gauge to, the creatures can be instantly staggered as soon as the party begins the fight. Even without stagger, their HP is low and they can be easily defeated. It is a good source of Potent Silvers, which cannot be bought from Chocolina.
Paradigm Pack
The Ceratosaur is a Saboteur. Its Feral Link, Refreshing Rain, restores HP to all allies, whereas its fellow Terraquatic Bloodfang Bass also grants Regen with the same named ability. All of its debuffs do physical damage and use the Strength stat as a multiplier, and its Strength is middling to average among Saboteurs. It gains access to the Pain spell early on, which is a spell neither Serah or Noel can learn, but the Dendrobium has a wider skillset. Ceratosaur also learns Gilfinder II late in its development, but the player will probably have found better Saboteurs by then. It can infuse no role abilities; they are all red-locked; as a source of Gilfinder II, it is very expensive.
