Castle of Chaos is a location in Final Fantasy Legend III. The Castle of Chaos surfaces in Lae's Bay, and serves as the dwelling place of Chaos. Arthur heads for the castle in search for the Talon Units after defeating Ashura in South Tower.

Arthur meets and defeats the first of the Four Water Entity Monsters, Chaos. He takes both Talon Units that were in his possession, Future and Hover.
