Capricorn is one the Stellazio coins collected by Queen Stella. It can be found in the entrance hall of Daguerreo, along the watery path to the right.

The Capricornus Subligar is one of the thirteen Zodiac subligaria, which can obtained from a Fomor Summoner in specific level-capped dungeons around Tavnazia. It is used to obtain the "Nimbus Doublet," a light armor worn by White Mages and Summoners.
Additionally, the Capricornian Casters were a Windurstian Caster Company composed of puppetmasters that fought in the Crystal War, led by the Cardian inventor Zonpa-Zippa.

The Esper Adrammelech, aligned with the element of Lightning, embodies the sign of Capricorn. In the International version, the Capricorn emblem is represented by the Black Mage job.

Capricorn is one of the twelve Zodiac Stones. It is originally in the possession of the Lucavi Zalera and Hashmal, who are attempting to find a suitable host for their fellow Lucavi within the stone, Adrammelech. Through the possessed Folmarv Tengille, Hashmal gives the Capricorn Stone to Dycedarg Beoulve as a feigned sign of respect. When Dycedarg's brothers Ramza and Zalbaag confront their elder sibling and defeat him, the Capricorn Stone animates the Wroth within and transforms Dycedarg into Adrammelech.
Capricorn is also a zodiac sign used to determine damage compatibility between characters during battle. Capricorn has optimal compatibility with Cancer, good compatibility with Taurus and Virgo, and bad compatibility with Libra and Aries.
