The Cactuar is an enemy in Final Fantasy X-2. An enemy with high all round stats especially in the Magic Defence department. Physical attacks are better off here. However, because it's Evasion is so high, a Dark Knight's Darkness ability is recommended instead. Lady Luck's Two Dice and Four Dice will also do the job.
