The Cactuar is an enemy from Final Fantasy IX. It can be found on the Outer Continent and the Forgotten Continent. Cactuars will hide underground when attacked. While underground, they will counter all attacks with 1000 Needles. You must wait until it either burrows aboveground or escapes. Once the Cactuar is above ground, however, it is best advised use high accuracy attacks due to its high evasive stat. It is recommended to do high damage dealing attacks when its underground,or have everyone defend and Vivi focus.
