Blood Taste is an enemy from Final Fantasy VII. It can only be fought in the Sector 5 Reactor during AVALANCHE's mission to destroy it near the beginning of the game.

It has two attacks, Bite which is its standard physical attack, and Tentacle Drain which inflicts light damage, 0.625 times the amount that bite would to be precise, and restores Blood Taste equal to the amount of damage it inflicted. Neither of these attacks are powerful and both are used equally, however, Bite can sometimes be used twice in a row in a single turn.

Though it has no weaknesses, Blood Taste is a relatively weak enemy and can easily be dispatched with physical attacks.
