Blitz is an enemy in Final Fantasy VIII.
A unique Thunder-element enemy, Blitz may charge itself up with Thunder, healing itself in the process. If the player attacks Blitz when it is charged, the player will receive additional Thunder-elemental damage; an advantage if the player is equipped with Elem-Def J that absorbs Thunder element. This monster can most commonly be found on the Centra Continent, and is well sought after for it's rare Power Generators, as one can refine into 20 Pulse Ammo, the best ammo in the game, using Ammo-RF.
