The Bio Soldier is an enemy in Final Fantasy V. The Bio Soldier summoned by Zephyrus has different items spoils and does not appear in the bestiary. These axe-wielding soldiers are encountered in groups and attempt to poison the party.

Bio Soldiers are not dangerous when in groups, but when left alone, they constantly cast Bio on the entire party in rapid succession. They usually appear in groups of three, and will otherwise attack with a physical attack and the Poison spell, and sometimes a Bio spell.
They can also be summoned by Zephyrus, and are not very difficult to defeat here. They have the valuable Diamond Helm to be stolen, and can drop the Poison Axe. They are the easiest source of Battle Axes and War Hammers.
Strategy[]
It is recommended to keep track of the damage done to each enemy and try to defeat them in either one attack quickly, or to use a spell (like Ifrit or Blizzara) to defeat them all in one shot.
