Bio III is the third tier of single-target Bio spells in Final Fantasy XI. Only Red Mages level 75 and higher can purchase it from the Merit Points menu with 3 Merit Points. Bio III's Bio effect is shorter than both Bio and Bio II if there is only one merit in Bio III. However, additional merits can extend its duration, and its damage rate is higher, and the attack stat reduction is greater.
Bio III overwrites all other Dia and Bio spells that players can cast.
