One of the battle themes of FFXI, this song is used when you are fighting solo in the field. The fast pace and trumpets echo the tension and glory of battle!

The "Battle Theme" is a track originating in Final Fantasy XI. It was composed by Naoshi Mizuta.

XI The "Battle Theme" plays whenever the player enters battle in a field area while fighting solo. It originally played only when the character drew his/her weapon, but in an update, it was changed to also allow players to hear the battle theme while a claimed monster is nearby. It is the fifth track in the original soundtrack.

Theatrhythm Final FantasyEdit

TFF The "Battle Theme" is a downloadable Battle Music Sequence track. It curiously takes place in a cave area, despite Final Fantasy XI's "Battle Theme" not playing in dungeons, such as caves. It was released on July 19th in North America.

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain CallEdit

TFFCC "Battle Theme" makes a reprisal, again available as a Battle Music Sequence. This time, it is available in the base game, and does not require a download to play.
