Balasa is an Esper in Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings. He is the Rank II Fire Melee summon, and costs 14 Affinity Points to summon. His normal attack, Fire Fist, inflicts Slow and deals Fire damage to one foe.

In the Japanese version, Balasa is known as Iblis, which is the name of the primary devil in Islam, equal to Satan in Christianity. The word Iblis comes from the Arabic root word "balasa", meaning "something in despair and frustration."
