- "Holy rod."
- —Description, Final Fantasy IX
Asura's Rod (アスラのロッド, Asura no Roddo?) is a recurring weapon in the series. It is often a high-ranked rod that is Holy-elemental, and oftentimes casts Holy when used as an item. It is often obtained very late in the game.
- "Rod immersed in holy power."
Asura Rod is the most powerful rod in the Advance release, providing 75 Attack, 25 Accuracy, and +15 Intelligence and Spirit, as well as being Holy-elemental.
