"Assault" is incorporated into the medley titled "Battle Medley 2 (Fight On! ~ Blinded by Light ~ Assault)" (バトルメドレー2（更に闘う者達～閃光～襲撃）, Batoru Medorē 2 (Sarani Tatakau-Sha-Tachi ~ Senkō ~ Shūgeki)?) which was arranged by →Pia-no-jaC← and Nobuhiko Kashiwara.
- One of the tracks on Final Fantasy XIII: Original Soundtrack PLUS is called "M181 Assault 2 Prototype". Hamauzu said that it was modeled on the structure of "Assault" from Final Fantasy X and titled "Assault 2". It was later turned into "Fang's Theme".
