All Creation in Final Fantasy VII.

Create an area of influence that raises the elemental potency of ally attacks and lowers the elemental resistance of foes.

All Creation (森羅万象, Shinra Banshō?, lit. All Creation)[note 1] is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series. It is an ability primarily used by Yuffie Kisaragi as her ultimate Limit Break.

Final Fantasy VII[]

All Creation is the ultimate Limit Break for Yuffie, obtained from the All Creation item, received after defeating Godo. It deals non-elemental damage to all enemies equal to 8 times normal damage.
