As the game's main theme, a large number of tracks from the game's soundtrack are either arrangements of this theme, or contain it on the track. Examples of arrangements are the tracks "Four Hearts", the first overworld theme; "Deception", which plays during the encounter with Siren; and "The Day Will Come". The theme was also included in the tracks "A Presentiment", and the "Ending Theme".
The "Main Theme of Final Fantasy V" was the first main theme in the series to not be used as an overworld theme, but was rather the background theme for the opening intro of the game. It wa released as the first track of the Final Fantasy V: Original Sound Version.
The arranged versions of the "Main Theme of Final Fantasy V", "Four Hearts", "Deception" and "The Day Will Come" by TOSE for Final Fantasy V Advance are included in the limited Final Fantasy Finest Box collection. They are, respectively, the first, third, fifteenth and twenty-eight tracks of the collections' second disc, which is analogous to the game's original soundtrack's first disc.
