Character Profile
Though he appears first as a boss aboard the M.S. Prima Vista, Steiner is playable in Final Fantasy Record Keeper, and is automatically recruited as the First Time Reward for completing Alexandria Castle, Part 3 in the Realm of FF IX on the Classic difficulty track. He could also be recruited more easily via the Challenge Events To the Holy Land, A Place to Call Home, and Someone to Protect
- Assessment
Steiner is a Knight Captain, whose combat role is Physical Defense.
He may be big, clumsy, oafish, and a bit loud where he comes from, but in Record Keeper, Steiner is a top-notch tank. He has some of the best defensive stats in the cast and is no slouch with a sword, even going so far as to be a decent Spellblade. However, he can be slow and is more vulnerable to enemy magic than other units. The player would do well to ensure that any armor given to Steiner can offset the latter weakness,

Steiner was saved by Alexandrian knights during the war that occurred during his childhood, and thus grew up dreaming of becoming a knight himself until he finally joined the Alexandrian army in his youth.
