Gauntlets made by sewing together the bellows-shaped multi-jointed protrusions found on the carapace of the male adamantite shell. While they are light and very durable, it is difficult to do any sort of detailed with the hands because the four fingers are enclosed together.

Adamant Armlet (アダマンの小手 or アダマンのこて or アダマングローブ, Adaman no Kote or Adaman-gurōbu?), also known as Adamant Gloves and Adamant Gauntlets, is a recurring accessory in the series.

FFIVTAY Adamant Gloves are the best gloves, providing 20 Defense, 10 Magic Defense, 10% Evasion, 11% Magic Evasion, immunity to Sleep, Paralysis, and Berserk, and +5 to all stats. It can be obtained by trading an Adamantite, and can be equipped by everyone except Calca and Brina.
