8 Eye is an enemy from Final Fantasy VII. Much like the Hecteyes from earlier games, the 8 Eye doesn't have much of a physical attack, but likes to drain HP, and this early in the game the 1,000 points of HP it drains can prove fatal most of the time and restore all damage done to it, making it seemingly invincible to those without powerful spells or weapons. It has a peculiar weakness to Poison, so use Deadly Waste or strong Poison-based magic to inflict damage to and hopefully defeat it. It can be morphed into a Magic Source.
