Welcome to the Wiki. --Leon95 23:43, April 4, 2011 (UTC)
I know. They did the same before they banned me from the MH wiki. They got upset cuz I spoke my mind. Course, you shouldn't worry. I've learned better, and I only speak my mind on youtube and my wiki. Shiek the Rathalos Rider 18:11, October 13, 2011 (UTC)
Good to know. And just outta curiosity, were u saying I was being rude, or that they were? Sorry if I was, but the only reason I ask is cuz I had a rough nite, and everything appears to be spinning. Shiek the Rathalos Rider
Ok. Good to know. Yah, you can't talk about your belief towards the game or nothing to them. I say how I don't like knowledge to be one of the first 20 things to be brought up in conversation, so they brought down the ban hammer. Fortunately, it gave me the opportunity to look at other great sites (like yours) and to make my clan's wiki. The unfortunate part is some MH followers trashed the place. Shiek the Rathalos Rider
Re: Deleting
Unfortunately, unless there's something I don't know about, I'm just a normal user here and can't help you. We'll see about it if I make admin, but for now it has a deletion template and the current admin team will get to it eventually. ;) BluestarultorBSA 17:29, October 16, 2011 (UTC)
Welcoming
While I do thank you for welcoming new users to the wiki, could you please use the code {{subst:Welcome}} as opposed to just {{Welcome}}? It will place the code directly on the page so that if the welcome template changes at some point in the future, an older version will remain on the new users' pages for posterity. Thanks! ScatheMote 19:16, October 16, 2011 (UTC)
No prob. Thanks for letting me know before it became a problem. Catuse167 20:04, October 16, 2011 (UTC)
Editing of Walkthrough(s)
Hi there.
I am the author of the Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions for iPhone walkthrough that you have recently edited.
It is considered bad form to edit a walkthrough, published or not, as they are not considered public pages. It would have been more polite to suggest the change on the talk page or message me privately with the information. In addition, there is no citation for your information - if it is from personal playing experience, great, but if you can find it in a primary source, even better. Unless and until a primary source is found and linked on the walkthrough's Talk page, the original version of the walkthrough page will remain current.
Please do not edit my walkthrough without my permission again. Period.
The edits were 6 minutes apart on the same day, and I was not on at the time to compare the IP addresses. I will take your word for it.
The adjustment to Zero's UP is fine, so it will be left. Major edits are not all right, and that was the problem. I apologize if you were not the one to make the major edit but quite frankly, it was far too much of a coincidence. As I said, I will take your word for it.
for welcoming me here. Didn't really expect that. :) Davoor 22:01, October 24, 2011 (UTC)
Thanks :)
(Sorry for my english, I'm french, you know :D)
OK
That's fine, as long as you don't delete my actual walkthrough UltimateAnnihilation 12:40, October 28, 2011 (UTC)
Course I didn't. The only actual walkthroughs I VFD are the ones that have only 2 pages done, uze teh relly n00bz grammerz, and haven't been touched in a year or two. Sadly there are a lot of those. ShadowCatusethe Great... 15:04, October 28, 2011 (UTC)
Sadly, there are a few neglected ones still existing, but I promise to finish mine, if that makes you feel any better! UltimateAnnihilation 21:29, October 28, 2011 (UTC)
Long Focus is long. I had to trim it as it is, so it's just as well it doesn't specify the deadline too, amirite? Of course, you can still aim for that deadline if you want to. In fact, I encourage it, as I admire dedication. Not enforcing deadlines doesn't mean I refuse them : ) -- 18:01, October 30, 2011 (UTC)
Yay! I'm a cursed being who can turn into a really ugly monster, or a really shiny crystal! Go me! Thanks, Mr. Sorceror, sir! ShadowCatusethe Great... 18:02, October 30, 2011 (UTC)
Oasis
Hello Catuse. I hear you are having problems with Oasis (even if you aren't, I have a solution). You can copy the CSS from my page (I copied this from Bluestar anyways): here. Copy this into a page labelled: User:Catuse167/wikia.css and refresh the page so the changes take effect. SidVI 12:45, November 4, 2011 (UTC)
I did that when BSA coded that, in fact. I hate Oasis, but I force myself to use it because I make a lot of tables in my walkthroughs, and if I do it in Monobook, they sometimes look ugly as Shiva and Ifrit's inbred great-grandchildren in Oasis, since it's a lot skinnier. My rant against Oasis is simply to persuade non-table editors to switch to Monobook. Thanks though. ~ShadowCatuse's achievements 15:10, November 4, 2011 (UTC)
That may be another project for later after everything is fixed up. I was dissatisfied with how the articles were on this wiki, and while normally I wouldn't have bothered with doing anything myself and let others work on it (as usually, I don't care enough to work on the wiki anymore per say), I just couldn't stand how they were lacking the information (some of them ARE nice to know...like success formulas for abilities and such which have yet to be implemented into each Job and Ability pages). FFTA and FFTA2 seem to suffer just as much as FFT with articles too, so maybe I'll work on those after FFT is fixed up a bit more than it is right now (I've been replaying FFT for my YT channel, which is another reason I decided to work on the articles here again. That's about the ONLY time I touch the wiki is if I'm playing a game or whatnot. FFTA will be later after I upload everything I have and get more work done on my game, so that's when I'll be updating the articles for that game...even though I despise that game...).
Sig
I recommend you make a template out of it. It'll save lots of space on a page. Clarenttalk 00:14, November 6, 2011 (UTC)
I did. But I see what I did wrong -- under my ~~~~ thing on the Preferences page, I accidentally added {{subst: to the template. [[Template:Catuse167/sig]]. Testing with this very post: Template:Catuse167/sig
Actually, it added subst: to it automatically. Screw it, it should be fixed now. ~ShadowCatuse's favorite unpopular character 00:18, November 6, 2011 (UTC)
You'll need to create two templates. I put {{User:Clarent/MainSig}} on the Preferences page. It automatically adds the subst, but it'll show {{User:Clarent/RandomSig}} on pages. User:Clarent/MainSigClarenttalk 21:34, November 8, 2011 (UTC)
Thank you, Clarent; that solves a lot of trouble. Template:Catuse167/sig 23:42, November 8, 2011 (UTC)
Gestahl
Thanks for the tips, I'm still new to using the Wiki so I'm not surprised I'm already making mistakes. I was also trying to upload some pictures and those didn't work out either...-_- Anyway, thank you so much.

OK, I make mistakes every week. As for uploading pics, make sure the wiki doesn't already have a copy (unlikely) and then go to the page you want to name your file. For example File:Yuffie Shuriken Gallery.png if you have a PNG file that is a gallery of Yuffie's shurikens. Template:Catuse167/sig 23:42, November 8, 2011 (UTC)
Dark Bahamut's Article
Sorry if i didn't answer before.
BHL means Break HP Limit auto-ability. In Youtube, many FFX video uploaders like Darkkefka use this acronym. He shows to us, as well, that Stoneproof armor, as i said in Dark Bahamut's page, is useful in this battle. Besides, i fight against this dark aeon, using his strategy and works very well.
Sorry for my bad English, i'm Chilean, but i'm going to try to do it better in next articles --Maururu255 19:47, November 8, 2011 (UTC).
Totally understandable. (However, Zolo has implied you copied that strategy, which is BAD.) Also, don't worry about the English; that's what Grammar Nazis like Ambiesushi and myself are here for. That and the fact that we like Final Fantasy. Template:Catuse167/sig 23:42, November 8, 2011 (UTC)
CWBs
I'm not attacking any other wikis, I was just bored and decided to start spamming this one.
"Undo revision 1241076 by Fenrir9 (talk) That was perfectly valid info..."
Really? Then you won't mind posting some proof on it to validate your claim. This is the first time I've heard of Seizure/Sap (FFVI) was suppose to heal the undead and google didn't show me any info regarding it. Again, show me the proof. Thank you.
That's why you removed it? I thought you were just screwing with the pages and/or trying to correct grammar and failing. At least five vandals attacked this wiki over the past week, and I've been paranoid that any removal edits from people who I've never really heard of before were caused by vandals. I didn't mean you were wrong, I just goofed up. I just undid my edit. Thanks for letting me know. Template:Catuse167/sig 05:07, November 16, 2011 (UTC)
Well, I am still pretty new to editing wiki, so that is how you added a title, sorry about that. Not a lot of experiences with wiki. No problems, but I still... I've never heard of anything about Seizure/Sap was suppose to heal the undead in FFVI.
I'm pretty new too. But yeah, I should see if they have a guide to Wikicoding or something so I can show the newbies. Template:Catuse167/sig 05:45, November 16, 2011 (UTC)
Believe it or not, those Whispers you encounter on the Phantom Train were supposed to regenerate HP. It doesn't work however, because of a bug in the Invert damage if Undead attack property. It will clear the Heal bit, but it will not set it. As a result, a few attacks and status don't work correctly. Here's a list of affected abilities and status:
The end result is that the vast majority of undeads absorb all Poison-elementals, when there were supposed to be a few select spells that hurt the Undead (including the status itself), and that Seizure hurts both the Undead and the living. Undeads and the Poison element should have been a little more complicated a matter than it turned out to be.

Is that guy one of the original developer of FFVI or simply a everyday hacker or mod? I found the patch, and it seems like its a matter of personal opinion rather than what was intended by the original developers. Taken from the readme in the patch.
1. Intro
This small patch changes two bytes in the Invert Damage if Undead code to skip the Drain
check in case of Undead status.
Reason: the drain check for undead is not required, and actually caused bugs with Seizure,
Acid Rain, and Virite. The fix causes problems with Acid Rain and Virite (they will now
hurt the undead due to their elementals), however this was not addressed as it follows
the game's logic, and in turn, is part of the bug fix.
Pros of the fix: Seizure now works correctly in that it heals the undead as it should now,
and Acid Rain and Virite flip the Heal bit on their own.
Cons of the fix: Those same two spells will now hurt the undead that absorb their elemental
properties. This is bad for Gau/Gogo/possibly Strago only, but against monsters... well,
what do you care?
Please note that the logic here is based on how Runic works, since this is essentially the same
thing. Runic absorbs the MP cost, but if the spell you absorb contains an elemental you absorb,
it will flip the Heal bit again and you'll wind up losing MP instead. Same thing now happens
with Acid Rain and Virite.
To me, Seizure/Sap works as intended and it's not a bug. In FFVI, Poison heals the undead regardless (its in their nature) and Acid Rain is both Poison and Water-elemental and Virite is Poison-elemental. If you read closely the above statement, it is not a solid fact(s)/proof(s) because it causes another bug (undead damage by poison-elemental). Plus the fact which the hacker stated, "What do you care?". It sound more like a personal fan theory/opinion than a solid fact. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Fenrir9 (talk) . yeah hi its me +MAFFED+ i just came to say that it is actually called Blue Element not Blue elemental because everyone gets that mixed up.
yeah i know this because i have the actual game in actual platinum so i would advise you not to contradict because i have actual evidence right here in my actual home.
not to be snotty but i am actually right. {{+MAFFED+ 18:01, November 17, 2011 (UTC)}}
It's alright, but like it does have an actual fully capitalized name it's just that i couldn't put Blue Element because the FFX page already had it so i had to uncapitalize it. it was just the 'al' at the end of element that caught my eye 'coz everyone mixes that up. i haven't actually played the game myself but my sisters ex knows everything about everything(ffx & ffx-2 related) but i've played ffx and it's AAAAAMMMMAAAAZZZZIIIINNNNGGG. so i advise you try it out. :D . sorry but i dont really know how to sign it or put it in a special box so i just did this. {{+MAFFED+ 18:01, November 17, 2011 (UTC)}}
Okay... well, if that happens, rename it to "Blue Element (Final Fantasy X-2). Also, my PS2 is down, but I know that FFX is a good game. Template:Catuse167/sig00:00, November 18, 2011 (UTC)

Test templates
Please only use test templates when the edit in question isn't in good faith (i.e. it is a edit test or vandalism). While KingStarfire was wrong in moving that article, he or she did it for the right reasons - he or she thought the spelling was wrong, so a test template wasn't appropriate in that case.
